The goal of this thesis was to develop a vehicle interior that can use the driver-less aspect to accommodate occupants’ better whether using it as a social space or a solitary space. Once the driver is removed and more focus can be put on how the passengers use and interact with the means of transportation. Current vehicles don’t address issues with how a vehicle can transition between a social space and a solitary space, specifically how the physical space changes and what needs change.
